Week 11: Comics as Contemporary Literature: Asterios Polyp by David Mazzucchelli

I enjoyed reading this comic. I thought it was funny, for example, when Asterios was talking about the mediorite at the diner counter and literally made the guy sweat bricks. It seems like the last thing mentioned in the last chapter and/or section starts off the second section or chapter and connects them in a certain way. I like how the color rang is limited but the range of values are different so you can distinguish all of the different objects within the picture. The different styles of drawings were also cool and the combination of jokes within a good plot made this a cool read.
